Paypal IPN links

Hi,
In the Admin, the link for the paypal IPN transactions is:
https://secure.mydomain.com/~useracc...45?action=view

This causes the admin to give me the login screen and then I am unable to login. I can open a new browser window and go to

https://secure.mydomain.com/~useraccount/catalog/admin/

and login again, but everytime I try to click on on Paypal IPN transactions or test, I get the login screen again.

In my previous version of Oscommerce (2.2 MS1) the link was:
https://secure.mydomain.com/~useracc...6ee753dec8b845

If I remove the ?action=view from the link, it works fine.
