The elusive NAVBAR_TITLE

Ok... I've been trying to chase this down...

I love OSCommerce, but I dont want it to say "Page : OSCommerce" in the title of every page on the site.

I know that on on a page you can change the page(navbar) title here:

define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Affiliate Program');

But the title on the page still comes out:

Affilliate Program : osCommerce

How/where do you remove the osCommerce part? I would really like to have it say "Affiliate Program : My Product".

This has been answered countless times, and it is also documented in the OSCdox guide. The search button is not broken...
