Skipping Shipping Info Page on Checkout

Hi:

I have a strange problem that I can't seem to track down. I have a new isntallation of MS2-MAX 1.5 and when the user tries to check out he is taken to the payment page NOT the shipping page.

I can't seem to find anything that would change this behaviour. I have another installation and this does NOT happen. I can't seem to find any relevant difference between the two.

Can someone please point me in the right direction? I am tearing out my already thinning hair !!

Check your product weight. It must be NON zero...

what do you mean must be NON zero?

i cant get it too work ive tried settin idiivual shipping price in the products and i have just that indivual shipping option on in the shipping options

please help

Not the shipping price the shipping WEIGHT
