 How to fit this in ? I am selling webhosting and domain name, so I don't have many inventory. I'd like to know how to integrate set up fee (other related fee), like : Plan "A" $ 7.00 / month setup fee $ 5.00 / once only when user buy it, he will be charged $ 12.00 thanks for any help     |
