Default does the affiliate program work in reverse?

A business has signed up with my sites affiliate program. But they also want it to go the other way.

They want to sell a service on my site and I guess be notified every time a sale goes through for their service.

Does the affiliate program work in reverse?

Not that I am aware of. It may require custom hacking. I am not sure how to go about doing it.

so I guess I have to tell them to get an affiliate program and then I have to sign up as their affiliate.

Which stand alone open source affiliate program do you recommend
