I am trying to sell mp3 downloads and want to not allow the "COD" payment type to be chosen if all purchases are mp3 downloads - is there a way to do this? I suppose I don't want to go to the shipment details page if its all mp3 files too.

Also, I understand the purchase without account contrib is going to go into 1.8, which will help me no end with the downloads of mp3s but I want to set a minimum purchase amount to make the transaction worthwhile for me - don't want to sell them a file that cost me more due to transaction fees etc.

If anyone could guide me in the mods I would very much appreciate it

Change this option in your admin panel.
From the menu choices on the left, select modules
then Payment
Next highlight the COD option and you will see the choice on the right to remove. click on remove.

thats not the point, I want to offer COD but not if ALL that is purchased is mp3 download files - so the trick is to check if delivery is required - that is if there is a purchase other than mp3 and if there is then mask that option for the checkout.

Any ideas?
