Changing Checkout Success Email Content

How do I change the content of the email which is sent upon a customer's successful checkout? I've tried looking in english.php and both checkout_success.php files (in catalog and includes) and I can't find where the text is located that says "Your Order Has Been Processed! Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days."

I want to remove the shipping part and add in download instructions (we don't ship products).
