    Default data question

I have two different installations of OSC. If I want to keep the products the same in both. Would I be able to back up the data file from one and then restore that file in the other? Is there an easier way?

    Thanks for the help.

My hosting had OSC2.2CVS preinstalled ,so i used that and added over 180 products to it and found out it was the developers version.Im dreading having to re-add all my pictures and product specs....If any one thinks i can do it sucessfully let me know...
