Moving Zip code below State

I'm sorry for posting this, but I'm a newB. I've tried looking at the supposed latest help guide (I've posted the link at the bottom) but it's wrong. It says to look for a file called account_details.php inside the Modules directory. However, for the MS2 MAX 1.5 there is no such file. The closest thing I can come up with is the affiliate_account_details.php. However when I try to re-arrange the code blocks so that "Postal Code" goes below city (I really want it below state however I could not get that to work so I tried to simplify things and put it below state) I find that nothing changes on the Create Account page of my site-- it still leaves postal code above city. So I'm totally confused. Can someone tell me how to fix it so Postal Code goes below State or else give me a corrected version of the file?
