Just the instructions that come with it, and there are a few posts over at oscommerce forums, but they dont really explain much. Mostly because there is not much to explain.

You modify the .tpl.php files in the templates dir and the templates/content dir.

All BTS does is utilize a single main template for all the catalog pages, and subtemplates for the details and boxes on specific pages. So instead of having to edit 20 or more pages when making some cosmetic changes you only have to modify 1 or 2. It makes layout changes fairly easy... just edit main_page.tpl.php for the most part, and then tweak the content templates as needed...
