I have missed somthing I'm sure. But I read PayPal IPN install.txt and setup PayPal IPN on Admin Modules and set up IPN at paypal. I ran the test from Admin and get this message at the bottom of Admin login page after runing test.
1062 - Duplicate entry 'db#############' for key 1
