Please visit my site here: FAQS : Desert Rose Design

I have edited the header, and added one question and answer to the system. I can not for the life of me figure out where "TEXT_INFORMATION" is coming from. I have searched with GREP all of the faq files from the download and can't seem to find the source. I am assuming that it is in a file that these files are referencing. Any tips? Please?

Actually, I think I got it. I had somehow overwritten a few files and messed the whole thing up. I haven't fixed my original site, but I copied those files to a new store that I'm designing and, with the fixes, they seem to work. Hopefully they will as well on that original site.

Thanks so much for all of your help! It is very much appreciated! =-)

Default Re: FAQ System

I tried installing this twice. Each time I got an error about line 120 in Main template about content. So I added

define('CONTENT_FAQ', 'faq'); in filenames.php This was not in the instructions. The FAQ then showed up on the site but the right column shifted to bottom left and when you click on a question it does not take you to the answer and if you click on top it does not take you back to top. I heard some have it working without adding the define content. So what am I doing wriong?

Thanks

Blayne

I have the same problem as bkpie,

My store is: Tiem Phim : Welcome to Tiem Phim - Vietnamese Phim Bo Online Store

All pages are loaded ok, but when FAQS : Tiem Phim is loaded, the right column shifted up.

My store is using the template from store-template.

Any help would be appreciated,

Regards,
TP

I just uploaded the file faq.tpl.php which is included in the package as it is, I did not change it.

Btw, how do I check the td or tr tags or table? I have dreamweaver.

Thanks for your help,
