Hello,

Anybody able to get this working with oscmax version 2.0.25? I didn't have a problem installing it but, after I did, any attempt to open up the categories/product page from the admin cpanel results in an error. The error output says that it cannot find the fckeditor directory or file. I know that the latest version of oscmax uses ckeditor instead of fckeditor but only having a cursory understanding of PHP I'm unable to locate the files (and lines within the file) that need to be updated to point to ckeditor.

Can someone point me in the right direction? This fckeditor is giving me a big fck(ing) headache!

Use Notepad++ and do a search within the (local) files for fckeditor.
It shouldn't be hard-coded in any case and use a variable (pointer to actual editor) instead.

I love the MVS system and merging it with OSCMax makes for a very powerful combo. I can't find where to download the ported version tho. Any help is appreciated

Has anyone had any luck installing this MVS contrib port into a vanilla osCMax v2.0.25.0 install?

I attempted a few hours ago, but it looks like some of the files included with the MVS port contrib are outdated, i attempted to diff/merge the majority of the files and got it "mostly" working, but apparently i missed a few things.

I hate to be "that" guy, but i was wondering if anyone could possibly provide the updated files for the contrib? I'm going to give it another shot when i get a chance in the next day or so, but if someone has already done the leg-work on this one and is willing to share, it'd be much appreciated by myself and i'm sure other osCMax users.

Not something I have done myself but it may be worth having a look at the original code - here.

There have been a few updates since MVS 1.2 - so it may be worth considering this with your install.

It is probably worth trying to merge the latest version into osCMax.
