No feature requests here. Thanks. We are not adding any 'new' features in 2.0.15 so don't clutter this thread with requests.

Next, 2.1 which is a feature release will have plenty of new templates so all I can say is "patience."

i have svn 315 running, been playing with all day so far i have not found any bugs, yet!

i do like the new product listing creator,

we still have the new products for Month, yuk!, need to see if i can make the changes to static or random products, hope full it won't screw the version up or kick out bugs

i think i have another bug in catalog>>specials, i have set up a product to test, went to speials and try to add a 20% discount, on a 129.99 retail product (£30.99 WS), instead of calculating the specials price it turn up £0.00 instead og the recalculating the final rrp

alsi in the new products for month and specials on the front page it has posted 2 product links

Yep. I spotted this about a week ago (and promptly forgot).
If you enter the percentage discount for the second time then it will register correctly.
A valid bug to be added to the bugtracker.

Michael - I had reported a couple of bugs for this release (336 & 341) which now are marked as "resolved" but they are not. I just installed "oscmax_2_0_15_r315.zip" with new DB and it seems to have the same problem. I am unable to modify the bug report so I will report them here again.

Bug 341 - When you buy a gift voucher using PAYPAL IPN, the purchased gift voucher is not getting added to the Voucher Queue List.

Bug 336 - When you buy a gift voucher using PAYPAL Standard and stopping short of confirming the order, the Gift Voucher is getting added to the Queue list and is available to be released.

This is how you can test Bug 336:

• Add gift voucher to your shopping cart.
• Proceed to checkout using Paypal Standard but do not confirm the order. At this point, the Gift Voucher is added to the Admin Gift Voucher Queue list although you have not paid for it.
• Go to Admin -> Gift Voucher Queue List and you will see the unpaid Gift Voucher in the list. There is no indication that this Voucher is not paid for and the Admin can release it.
• Once released, the purchaser is credited for the value of the Gift Voucher without having to pay for it.

I think this is a major loophole in the system allowing for people to get free Gift Voucher credits.

Bug 341 fixed in svn r333 - so not surprised it ain't in r315

Bug 336:

This is correct behavior. Paypal-modules must pre-insert the order data into the database prior to sending the visitor to paypal, so that when the IPN or return to shop comes, there is an order to reference.

There is no real danger or issue here, as the voucher queue is there specifically for this purpose - to queue voucher purchases for approval.

Note, the voucher is not available to the customer when they return to the shop without completing payment, even though the voucher is queued.
