Default showing, but not enabled

the built in offline credit card module shows as the default payment module, even though it is not enabled!! how can I remove this? I have tried installing and removing it from the back office, but with no luck, where can I look?

Hi,
have a look into your checkout_payment.tpl.php I think someone was able to access your files and and alter it so whatever you have setup in admin it will display credit card module IT MIGHT BE TAKING SOMEONES CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!

Yes most likely you have been hacked. Time to start cleaning up your site. Search this forum, there are a couple of threads that discuss this and also look at the security page in the wiki:
