hi guys i got a lil problem... my violusion live help crashed... anyone recommend a live help/customer support contribution or even a tip for a remote add on?? also the coupons contributions are all over the place i am soo confused which part to download or which one to use..(i started downloading from the top and i keep getting little files... and if you read down to the last full versions their are a big chunk of fixes etc but no full packages after that??... do i download the last full version and add all the bug fixes/errors etc?) Any recommendations which one to use?? i want to be able to give customers a coupon code and they add it on their checkout. working with oscommerce 2.2 thanks guys

I would re sign up for volusion get a new id for the live_help.php file in includes boxes and that should correct your problems with live help
