Hi, sorry about the invisible pm. It seems we had a spammer send out a spam PM to about 500 of our members.

It was swiftly dealt with, the pm was removed and the spammer was banned/deleted.

Ah, I get it.

So I take it you have the one-touch ban and clean vBulletin product installed? If not, check it out, it's a great tool I use on one of my larger forums.

Yes, one-touch ban and clean is a must have for any forum that has a lot of members and new signups! We don't have to use it often, but it sure makes cleanup a lot easier when we need it.
