Post Who's Online Enhancement
Includes last gethostbyaddr fix July 17th.

Plus, better layout of basket items to the right which is much needed if you have many visitors.

No cellspacing, makes less scrolling necessary :-)

Plus I've included a new icon for active carts, much easier to see shoppers than a green box. IMHO
