on fresh install of ocsmax. with nothing else changed.

following the install.htm

doing the first part, till ya reach (FINISH) results in admin page showing were i guess the attribute manager is suppose to show on the "add new product page"

i attempted next step for sort order. but unsure if modual comes auto installed with oscmax. and just changed the one value to true. and left the last 2 lines alone for column names for given tables.
