Post Additional Shipping Options for Zone Module

Hi again all

In addition to the requirement below, we also have a requirement for a change to how cost by weight is calculated.

The contribution - http://www.oscommerce.com/community/...ns,1508/page,5 shows the exact costing method I'm looking for.

Quoting Stefan Olivier on his hack -
This hack of the table.php is somewhat similar than the "Flat weight" rate. It can be used to calculate shipping using an initial base cost with subsequental linear incremental costs per weight increments.
Enter the values as X:Y:Z (seperate with a colon, where:
X=Base cost value e.g. 5.00
Y=Increment value e.g. 1
Z=Cost per increment .e.g. 15.00

Enter the 3 values for instance as 5.00:1.00:15.00 in the "Shipping Table" field

-----------

That's exactly what I'd like as the cost formula method in an updated verion of this Additional Shipping Options for Zone Module.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to code it, and would appreciate someone doing it and uploading to here

Many thanks
Gaz

File is identical to below - added so as to post above request

More...
