Post Bandwidth/Denial of service controller
Stops bandwidth hungry website download tools or bad robots from hammering your website by
limiting how many pages can be read in any period. If the limit is exceeded, the user is issued a '503 service unavailable' message.

Stops users trying to download your entire website.

Also has a blacklist for banned IPs or user agents, but allows robots such as google through.
