Ewire popup payment window

Hi..

I dont know if it is just me, but i cant find the lines mentioned in install.txt to modify..

I cant even find them in a total new install of oscommerce...

What file is it that needs to be modified ?
In the install.txt i have it says : checkout_confirmation.php but the code to be modified is not even in there..

please help me.
