About LinkBacksFor me, the previous two versions of file cop.php (includes/modules/payment) did not work, so I took file cod.php (contribution 1633, Christophe B) and renamed everything from "cod" to "cop" inside, and now it is ok.
Tested on 2.2-MS2.
