After a few concerned readers emailed me about errors in my package, I took a fresh copy of MS2 060817, applied the FEC install from the 04 May 2006 package, then ran a program to find the files that differed from a fresh MS2 060817 package. Please let me know if there are problems or if you need assistance.

I have not corrected any code flaws, if they exist. This is purely to reduce the installation process to a copy/paste problem. Many people are daunted by hand-editing files, so I'm trying to simply the process.
