WHAT THIS CONTRIBUITION MAKES?

This contribution creates ?masks? to format the fields CPF, CEP and TELEPHONE when the customer to type the data in the field, example:

Field telephone without the mask (contribution):

Field telephone with the mask (contribution):

-------------
11-0000-0000
-------------

NOTE: The fields that to possess the mask, tambem will not accept letters

FORMAT OF THE MASKS:

CPF: 000.000.000-00
TELEFONE: 11-0000-0000 (Code of the city + telephone number )
CEP: 00000-000
FAX: 11-0000-0000
