Previopus versions had an SQL error. This is corrected.
Now when a category is selected the description tag will be the category description unless there is not one then the default tag will be used.
Made the description tag html 4.01 Transitional compliant for those trying to accomplish this.
Includes an update file for those updating from previous versions.
