easy fix, find the entire section in catalog/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php and replace with the text below

this will fix the order of opperations to multiply first. this is not my code, it was taken from here

it worked fine on mine AFTER I installed both the Product Accessory Multiplier and PATCH by Kalle Sirsch. just replace the section below.

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP

DONT DELETE YOUR ORIGINAL, JUST RENAME IT TO SOMTHING FAMILIAR SO YOU CAN GO BACK TO IT IF NEED BE. this is one of the easiest installs, but you can totally jack things up if you dont do it right.
