Post Customer Feedback Form

As most are aware, nearly all contributions on this website are based on having one 'catalog/***.pgp file' consisting of php and html to create the full page. Our web site is based on have not only the catalog/***.php file but also a template html file to create just the centre area of the web page. This is purely created by splitting the full php into two and placing one as normal in the catalog folder and the other in the teplate folder.

In this update I have given everybody the option of using which ever suits there system best. There is also an option of either placing the feedback link in your information box or creating a new box on one of your columns.

I must state that I am not a programmer so all programming credit goes to the previous people who have contrubuted to this project.
