validate_email

Lots of customers mistype their e-mail address or just use fake ones. This is a problem when the store staff needs to contact them.

This patch adds:

- an e-mail verification field, just like the password verification, to avoid mistypings.

- after the e-mail is verified by tep_validate_email, a connection is made to port 25 of the customer's mail server and issue a couple of SMTP commands (EHLO, MAIL FROM and RCTP TO) to check if the address really exists.

This way we can get rid of almost all typos, fake and otherwise useless addresses (Hotmail MSN-only and the likes).
