Account Enhancements (AE)

Complete rework:
- Added Admin-configuration for every feature.
- Note: Now, you must (!) import sql.txt to your database.
- Added Imprint to orders.
- Some small bugfixes (e.g english logoff)
- Installation notes are backwards now, for better understanding.

New installtion notes & files are included.
