This is a contribution based on J Keebaugh's "Similar Products" contribution, but with a few key changes -

1. Rather than just being an infobox, there is also a module which can show multiple products plus the infobox, which now only shows a single product.

2. The products are displayed horizontally rather than vertically in the module.

3. Instead of just showing random products in the same category, it's a bit more intelligent - it will only show products that are within a specified price range of the product being viewed, thus giving the viewer a more realistic selection of alternatives.
