Post Blogger Integration v1.0

Hi,

A few bug fixes after I noticed that I got an empty category box in the blog's template...

* Bug fixes in the class DynamicTemplate
o The body was not detected when there were parameters in the tag.

o Before loading the template, the global variables used by the template need to be declared. So the constructor of the class DynamicTemplate takes one more parameter: an array containing the names of the global variables needed by the template.

* BloggerIntegration class: the constructor takes the global variables names array as second parameter as well.

* frame.php: added a example of array containing the global variables needed for osCommerce2.2ms2

* Distribution structure: PHP4 and PHP5 classes files are now in the same directory /blog/includes/classes, and have extensions .php4 and .php5

* Documentation updates

More...
