customer suggestions V1.1

This was put together because I wanted my customers to be able to easily tell me what new products (e.i. styles or scents in my case) that they would like to have added to the store. This contrib is based off of the stock Osc contact us and is fairly easy to install.

I have included all new files and directions for this contrib. if you have any questions please feel free to contact me either through the
