Post CSS Menu

I was having difficulty getting all the categories to format and show.

It was a simple case of changing the code below at around line 205 in categories_css

//changed from $switch == 1 to $switch == 0 to get all categories working

function cssMenu_ShowCategory( $switch, $products) {
if ( $switch == 0 ) {
