Excel Import 1.51

This package contains a few fixes for "Excel Import 1.51", especially if your server runs with register_globals=OFF.

It also contains a template for Excel and OpenOffice and a demo CSV file as well as a more detailled readme file.

No guarantees & warranties, however ;-), but maybe you'll be more lucky with this release than the other one.
