Task Manager (Admin)

There were some minor, minor errors in the inserts for the sql tables that I fixed....Nothing compared to all the hard work 'demonangel' put into the nice clean contribution. This upload is not the full package, just the full sql upload file. This is my first time uploading so I hope I don't mess up.
