Rounded TOTAL

This contribution rounds the total depending on the chosen currency and you can set the rounding unit.
This contribution replaces the standard ot_total module.

Example with rounding unit = 0.05 :
Sub-total: 90.00
TAX: 6.84
Total: 96.85

Or with roundung unit = 0.10 :
Sub-total: 90.00
TAX: 6.84
Total: 96.80

It doesn't add a rounding difference line.
