What is service form?
If your shop is not only selling products but also providing a service, or you repair products send by mail, service form comes in handy. Costumers, who want these services, maybe don’t buy products from your shop, and for that, don’t have an account. Service form shows a page where the customer can fill in his address, problem and product information. If the customer is a regular logged in customer, his address data will be pre filled in.

After hitting the next button, this form will be emailed to the shop, and a no longer changeable format of the form will be shown. The customer has to print this form, sign it in the signature box, en enclose it with the product to send to the shop.
