Quick Add Products

I was getting a 1064 syntax error so I fixed this product for use with Mysql 5 and PHP 5. I am in no way an expert in php scripts.

Some things that could make this contrib better that I do not know how to do are:

- Add default values if box left blank
- configure date item added into the script

It would be nice to have a place on the forum to discuss any problems or fixes. I don't know how or where to do that so if someone could start one that would also be great.
