I have come across a common issue where I was unable to find a fix so went testing like made.

Anyway, the issue is, after implementing the QTPro for osc 2.3 when checking out via cash on delivery, the stock levels / attributes were decremented OK.

However, when using Paypal Standard 1.0 (the standard one with osc 2.3), the stock levels were not being decremented and I was always having to go into osc admin and run the QT doctor to fix the stock levels etc.

This fix changes the includes/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php so the stock levels are updated after you implement the QTpro contribution.
