Found that when upgrading to the New USPS shipping module it was putting
in the shipping method field which Paypal Multi-Order shipping quickly rejected the file as a whole.

So shipping method is not passed to paypal anymore.

On that note if you have a customer that puts a special character in any of the shipping fields or their name like &*^%$# etc.. it will also reject the entire file.
