This contribution adds a dropdown box next to the order status drop down box to assign a payment status of an order.
If you accept partial payments, cash on delivery, ship partial orders,
or just generally want to know the payment status of an order this contribution may help.
Originally this was designed for a distributor who would ship orders and bill the customer later for the product delivered
and needed a way to keep track of the payment status for pending payments.
