5. Added "Display tax below price = true or false" in admin/My Store:
Main switcher for this contribution.

6. Added "Display tax amount? = true or false"in admin/My Store:
Toggles between showing "XX% VAT incl." or "VAT incl.",
where "XX" is the tax amount defined in admin/taxes.
7. Bug-fix in installation instructions for shopping_cart.php
