This release adds the working files for the Themeroller Developer's Tool. This allows you to develop a new theme using a WYSIWYG editor on your store, so you see exactly what it will look like as you build the theme.

This is a full package. Theme Switcher itself has not been changed; just the Dev Tool files have been added.
