Second Attempt, got inludes folder, not includes

Sorry I got a error in the english language file. Use this version.

It's Prepayment for Germany in German and English language.

You can fill out the following values:
- Bank Name
- Bank Code (German: Bankleitzahl BLZ)
- Account Owner
- Account Number
- IBAN
- Swift

The customer gets this message in the checkout page, the last page in the order process. And he get this informations in the footer of the e-mail.
