Link Exchange Box Version 2.0

This update cleans-up the code and appearances a bit and clarifies the instructions.

This version directs the request to the store's own contact_us.php script in order to take advantage of your store's existing spam/robot prevention. You can easily redirect the form post to your own mail script if you prefer.

This is a five minute install - basically a text box with a form. Simplicity can be it's own reward. :-)
