This is an update for original Latest News 1.2.1 + UPDATE for OSC 2.3.1

What I have done:
1. Tidy up the install guide text and added missing bits that have made many ppl asking for help in the forum.
2. Modified /catalog/admin/latest_news.php to adapt osC2.3.1 style, so no more losing format at Left colume when clicked on Latest News in Admin.
3. Original Addon was for osC2.2 and it was an Info Box. New osC2.3.1 doesnt have left:right columes anymore therefore the logic way to deal with its to convert it into bm_latest_news.php
However I am no coder and I tried but failed to get it work. :p So I tried alternative option that I simply placed the box in the MAIN TEXT area directly above 'Whats New This Month'. By adding " include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_LATEST_NEWS); " in catalog/index.php
4. I tried to adapt osC2.3.1 main body style as much as I can but again, I am no coder.
