Do you want to use Discount Coupons and PayPal Express but are hugely frustrated that it doesn't work? We have solved the issue. As is known, PayPal Express does not use the standard order total module so does not pick up the coupon information registered in the order. We have created a modification that will solve this and pass the correct discounted amount to PayPal, as well as register properly on the OSCom side.

This update requires only editing one file.
