Same as previous but with separate instructions for admin.

The previous package stated "Now do the corresponding modifications in admin" which was misleading if you did not pay close attention to the modification in application_top.php. The code is not exactly like in catalog. The added code must NOT be added before:

require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '.php');

New instructions clears that up.
