Attached is the /admin/view_families.php file. It is now updated so that you can perform all product serie / product family operation on one page, i.e;

- add new families/series
- rename series
- delete products within series

This increases the usability of this contribution a lot.

Old 'modify_families.php' file is now obsolete / redundant.

INSTALLATION:

1) Just copy the view_families.php file and overwrite the old one,
2) Cut and paste the contents of
/admin/includes/languages/YOURLANGUAGE/modify_families.php into
/admin/includes/languages/YOURLANGUAGE/view_families.php

Additionally you could remove all references to modify_families.php in:
/admin/includes/filenames.php
/admin/includes/boxes/families.php
